Barcelona Mar Hostel, is located in the heart of Barcelona's Raval neighbourhood, a multicultural, vivacious and trendy area close to the Museum of Contemporary Art MACBA and many other attractive galleries. We are 10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya (Barcelona's main square) and 10 minutes from the famous Las Ramblas.
Our rooms are mixed and shared, from 6 to 16 beds. Breakfast and locker are included in the price. Linen and towels, if needed, can be rented at the reception desk which is open 24 hours. Of course, there is also a laundry room and a main hall with TV set, FREE internet access and a nice area to chill and meet other travellers!! Our hostel has a big open dining room, a large kitchen and many common rooms with sofas for chilling out. Our dorms are mixed with 2-12 beds with personal lockers for each traveller, A/C, heating, mirrors…We also have private twin and double rooms with bathroom ensuite for those looking for more privacy. All our rooms let the Barcelona sunshine in!! They have big windows with nice neighbourhood views.
For us, the most important thing is that our travellers see and begin to understand what “Barcelona” means and represents to the people who live here.
